For instance an amusing new gadget is called the Waistband gadget. This is a very practical plastic bar that is shaped so that it can be inserted inside a pair of pants. It acts like a brace so that you can expand the waistline from one to five inches. All you have to do is make sure that the waistband is wet. This is a valuable thing to have if you find yourself overindulging in turkey at Christmas and are dealing with a real life expanding belly.
Another strange new novelty is the coin purse that doubles as mini boom box speaker for your iPod. The purse can hook o your belt and has a 1400 milliwatt stereo amplifier embedded in it. It measure two by four inches and includes two waterproof speakers so you can easily take it to the beach.
Whoever thought you could get a Skull Belt Buckle that is also an MP3 Player. Watching a DVD is as easy as looking self. This is a huge belt buckle that includes a 1GB media player and a 1.5 inch LCD display. The screen itself is embedded in the crown of the skull. It runs on a rechargeable battery that lasts for about four hours before it needs to be recharged again.
Do you want to feel like James Bond? If so then consider investing in a bulletproof Polo shirt. These are by designer Miguel Caballero and they do not come cheap. They cost twelve thousand dollars. The shirts have removable ballistic panels that allow for maximum flexibility. However as elegant and realistic as this shirt it looks can offer protection from some pretty heavy duty weapons including a 9mm pistol and an Uzi. You can get these shier at Harrods’s, the expensive department store. Otherwise you can only get them outside of the U.S. or Canada in South and Central America.
Along the same lines you can also now get a bullet proof handkerchief which can be folded up and placed over your heart.
If you want to cure snoring you can get a new gadget called the Electronic Snore Stopper. You wear this gadget like a wrist watch and when it detects any kind o found during the night it discharges an electrical impulse to the person wearing it. This causes the person to change their sleeping position and therefore also stop snoring.
The latest though is to carry around a USB stick as part of a piece of jewellery. Jewellery companies like enigma are making quite an impact on the jewellery industry by creating fashionable, functional and fun jewellery that is meant to accommodate gadgetry.
