Another really strange gadget is called The Hi-8 Camera Gun. This is a 16 mm film that is mounted on a rifle stock back. It was originally developed for military reporters in Vietnam. The rifle segment helps you steady your shots. It is almost sculptural what with being have gun and half camera and best left at home if you are on your way to the airport. It really does look like a weapon and not a camera.
How would you like to crawl right inside an oval shaped obelisk and close the lid over you and then listen to your favorite music? Thais exactly what the Ovei Pod is. It is a piece of art offered by the Oculars Group which costs fifty thousand pounds in the United Kingdom. It looks like something out of a Kubrick film. You basically climb inside the shimmy whit hard plastic capsule and an LCD display, climate control and a 5.1 surround system are there to keep you relaxed while you enjoy that “futuristic” feeling.
Have you ever wanted to walk-on water? Now you can in Waterwarkerz. These are large massive spheres filled with air. You blow them up after you crawl in side and then start heading for the water. You look like a hamster in a ball but these balls are a load full of fun.
You can also get Waterrolerz which are just like the WAterwalrz except they are sausage shaped. You can lie down on them and crawl and roll around on top of the water in them. There is also a land version of these called Moonwalkers for treading around on solid terrain.
One of the silliest gadgets invented this year is the Paper Airplane Launcer. This is a device with two spinning motors and a plastic disk. It works on the same principle as the Matchbox car launcher that you probably played with as a kid. All you need to do is stick the paper plane in between the disks and then launch it in the air at speeds of thirty mph. That is enough to really punch out an eye. For this reason it is not recommended that you give this gift to a child. The price is right for a novelty gadget however. It only costs about twenty dollars.

There are several new pet gadgets on the market and all of them are quite interesting to contemplate. In fact some are a bit twisted.
For instance would you want to use a High Voltage Pet Brush on your pet? No it is not a shock collar but it kills anything attached to your pet like fleas. It is basically a comb that runs on two AAA batteries and it kills bacteria and anything else living on your pet’s hair. It also helps you remove pet hair.
Another new gadget is the Instant Wireless Pet Barrier. This is an electric collar that trains your pooch to stay off furniture and in and out of forbidden rooms without the need to erect actual physical barriers. All you need to do is strap the color on your dog; place the wireless transmitter somewhere so he won’t venture beyond the twelve inch diameter zone. If your pet does then he or she will feel a harmless mild static energy shock that makes it uncomfortable for the dog to return where it came from. This is not an inexpensive collar. It runs about eight bucks.
Another new gadget is a litter box odor eliminator for getting rid of the pungent smell of cat feces. This is an electric gadget that zaps smells and that is strong enough to get rid of skunk odor lit is an attachment that fits on the wall near the litter box and it retails for about forty bucks.
Have you always wanted to get a cat door but did not want to let other critters into your home as well? If so then you might want to try the Pet Porte Microchip Cat Flap that lets your cat in only.
Another good gadget is the Pedi Paws which makes nail cutting a snap. This is one of those devices that you always see advertised on television but the good news is that it works. The device painless trims pet’s nails. The secret is in the innovative rotary emery bands that gently remove thin layers of nail without the biting pain of traditional clippers. There is also a protective cap that catches the filings for easy cleaning up.
Also for grooming is the Pet Zoom Brush. This is a self cleaning one touch brush that has a push button that helps relies all the fur from the wide brush. This is a good thing because the hardest thing about pet brushes is cleaning them. The bristles are also soft yet you can still use them for either dry or wet grooming. It retails for about twenty bucks a pop.
On the funnier side of things how you would like a novelty aquarium made in the shape of R2-D2. This tasteless aquarium is modeled on the famous droid from the movie. The actual tank is in his body and is roomy enough to hold a family of small goldfish. He also bleeps and plays music from the movie. A periscope allows you to spy on your goldfish as they swim around inside his body. This fun and versatile pet keeper will cost you about $ 130.00.

If you enjoy playing games on your iPhone you might enjoy reading these short reviews of some of the best and most popular games that are compatible with the Apple manufactured device.
The first great iPhone game that you must have is called Hero of Sparta. It is only about ten bucks and made by Sparta. This is a God of War clone game. The Three D action has you roaming around ancient Greece fighting minotaurs and other beasts. It is a hack and slasher game that you control with a virtual joystick on the touchscreen. This is a manic game that many people find exciting. The cinematic cut scenes in the game are also quite amazing.
Another great ten dollar game is Rolando. This game is a lot like the PSP game Loco Roc. The challenge is to save the residents of Rolandoland by tilting the iPhone from side to side. This makes them jump so they can avoid danger. The game is nicely designed with great graphics and comes with thirty six nicely designed environments.
At the five dollar level of cost you can get a game called Fieldrunners. In this game tiny characters appear on one side of the screen and make a beeline for the other and our job is to stop them dead in their tracks by building gun turrets, goo canons, rocket launchers and lightening blasters. You will spend hours navigating complicated torrent mazes and battling soldiers, helicopters and robot tanks. It is very similar to the desk top game called Tower Defense.
For three bucks you can get Dizzy Bee. This one requires that you turn and twist the iPhone like the steering wheel of a car that is veering out of control. You would not expect such a simple game to be challenging but it is. There are over forty levels and it has a gold medal ranking of reach of those levels…
The central idea behind the Dizzy Bee is to guide the spinny insect around maze like worlds to help him pick up his pals and lead them to safety while at the same time aovidingbad guys. They have lots of nice little touches like a post level summary screen that rotates so that its right side up no matter which way you are holding your iPhone.
Another good game is one hundred percent free. The Jelly Car by Timothy Fist Randolph is a squishy, crudely drawn auto. The point of it is to exist in as little time as possible while trying to dodge Jello-like obstacles. You press the screen to accesslerate or break. There are lots of levels to conquer. Many people simply end up playing this game forever. In fact the only way to ever win might be to smash your iPhone on the floor.
