This doll has physical breathing behavior that gets excited about inhaling cigarette smoke. Once it senses there is cigarette smoke in the room it starts heaving and breathing. The doll starts choking and breathing until it finally stops breath. Real nicotine stains appear on the skin of the doll at this point. This is your cue to stop smoking because it means the amounts of toxins you are emitting are enough to seriously harm your children. The appearance of the sick or healthy doll will supposedly affect the parent’s decision about whether or not to smoke.
